Clients can choose from several search options, depending on the nature of their staffing needs:

Contingency Search
NES is paid a fee upon placing an individual with the client, in most cases the fee is 25% of the first year’s base salary, payable upon the candidate’s hire date.

Retained Search
NES is a paid a fee, typically 25% of the expected first years compensation (base salary plus bonus compensation). This fee is paid in three installments: 1/3 upon commencement of the search, 1/3 after three qualified candidates are submitted (typically within 30 days), and the final 1/3 paid upon the new hire’s start date.

Contract Staffing
Many clients have temporary staffing needs for special projects or assignments that go beyond their in house expertise.
